The office is located in Torrance, California and Mr. Wickers appears in the Los Angeles,
Orange, Riverside and Ventura County Courts.
Rodney W. Wickers has been a sole practitioner since 1992 with practice areas that include
Business, Business Litigation, Probate, Wills & Trusts, Real Estate, Employment, Family and
Mediator/Arbitrator services. This variety of practice areas assists Mr. Wickers in assisting
his clients with their changing needs throughout the years.
Megan E. Klein is an associate at the firm. She graduated from University of California
Berkley for undergraduate studies and Tulane University Law School.
Christina M. Wickers, law clerk at the law office and is currently studying law. She spent the
summer of 2011 at the Los Angeles District Attorney's office, as a Certified Law Clerk, where
she fine tuned her litigation skills in the Hard Core Gang Unit at the LAX Branch. She also
recently wrote an article titled, Das Closes the Door on Civil Liability for Financial
Institutions Failure to Make Mandated Elder Abuse Report, that was published by the
California State Bar, Trusts and Estate's Quarterly, Volume 16, Issue 4. At the California
State Bar 2012 Negotiation Competition she and her team mate Elmira Danielyan won
second place out of twenty four teams. Christina's expected law school graduation date is
May 2012.
